As part of the automation of the Aix-Marseille-Provence metro's lines and renewal of its trains, RCP has been asked to assist PARSONS in drawing up design specifications and monitoring industrial development. Our mission is to support the Metropole in defining passenger needs and expectations in terms of accessibility, intuitiveness of use and sensory comfort, to ensure that the equipment is innovative, distinctive and adapted to the needs of Marseille's users.
